COUNCIL WORK SESSION

Members present: Mayor Hurley, Kincaid, Welper, Gunderson, Getty, Cole, Schmitt,
Greenwood.
Moved by Schmitt, seconded by Kincaid that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Six.
Absent: Greenwood. Motion carried.
Greenwood now present at 8:01 a.m.
Mayor Hurley reviewed items on Standing Committee agendas for meetings scheduled for
Monday, May 16, 2007.
Mayor Hurley reviewed items on the council agenda for Monday, May 16, 2007 and the
following items were discussed.
A public hearing is being scheduled for Monday, August 6, 2007 on the 2007 Byrnes Tennis
Complex Renovation Project. Paul Huting, Leisure Services Director, reported this will be the
final tennis court to be renovated, with all the courts updated.
Paul Huting, Leisure Services Director, reported that doors are being installed in the women's
shower area at the Byrnes Swimming Pool.
With no further business before the council, it was moved by Schmitt, seconded by Cole that the
meeting be adjourned at 8:07 a.m. Ayes: Seven. Motion carried.
