Members present: Chairperson Greenwood, Gunderson, Getty.
Moved by Getty, seconded by Gunderson that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes:
Three. Motion carried.
Moved by Gunderson, seconded by Getty that Mayor Hurley's recommendation of
reappointment of Jim Ellis and Dan Channer to the Planning, Programming & Zoning
Commission's Design Review Board, with term expiration date of May 7, 2010, be approved.
Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
With no further business before the committee, it was moved by Gunderson, seconded by Getty
that the meeting be adjourned at 4:36 p.m. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
