The Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, met in Special Session at City Hall Council
Chambers, Waterloo, Iowa, at 8:20 a.m. on Wednesday, August 2, 2007. Mayor Timothy J.
Hurley in the Chair. Roll Call: Kincaid, Welper, Gunderson, Cole Schmitt. Absent:
Greenwood, Getty.

that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Five. Absent: Greenwood, Getty. Motion
carried.
New Business
Moved by Gunderson, seconded by Cole that the following beer/wine license application be
approved:
1. Beer/Wine License Permit Application
Special Class C
Main Street Waterloo to transfer to 329 East 4th Street on August 3-5, 2007
Ayes: Five. Absent: Greenwood, Getty. Motion carried.

that the meeting be adjourned at 8:22 a.m. Ayes: Five. Absent: Greenwood, Getty. Motion
