Moved by Getty, seconded by Gunderson that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes:
Two. Absent: Greenwood. Motion carried.
Moved by Gunderson, seconded by Getty that Mayor Hurley's recommendation of
reappointment of Dave Peters, Lonnie Kidder and Dave Bartlett to the General Contractor's
Board of Licensing, Examiners and Appeals, with term expiration date of July 18, 2010, be
approved. Ayes: Two. Absent: Greenwood. Motion carried.
With no further business before the committee, it was moved by Gunderson, seconded by Getty
that the meeting be adjourned at 4:41 p.m. Ayes: Two. Absent: Greenwood. Motion carried.
