RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2010 OFFICE
FURNITURE UPDATE PROJECT FOR THE POLICE
DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Police Chief of said City to prepare
proposed specifications,, bid document, form of contract, etc.,
for the F.Y. 2010 Office Furniture Update Project for the Police
Department, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Police Chief did file said preliminary
specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc., for the
F.Y. 2010 Office Furniture Update Project for the Police
Department, which were preliminarily approved on November 16,
2009, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
December 7, 2009, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, etc., for the F.Y. 2010 Office Furniture Update
Project for the Police Department, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of December, 2009.
