Moved by Gunderson, seconded by Greenwood that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved.
Ayes: Two. Absent: Getty. Motion carried.
Moved by Gunderson, seconded by Greenwood that Mayor Hurley's recommendation of
reappointment of Rodger Burris to the Water Works Board of Trustees, with term expiration date
of January 12, 2014, be approved. Ayes: Two. Absent: Getty. Motion carried.
With no further business before the committee, it was moved by Gunderson, seconded by
Greenwood that the meeting be adjourned at 4:51 p.m. Ayes: Two. Absent: Getty. Motion
carried.
