Members present: Gunderson, Getty.
Members absent: Greenwood.
Moved by Getty, seconded by Gunderson that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes:
Two. Absent: Greenwood. Motion carried.
Moved by Gunderson, seconded by Getty that Mayor Hurley's recommendation of appointment
of the following to the International Property Maintenance Code Appeals Board: Mary Potter,
Carl Swaim and Karen Atwood, with term expiration date of October 2009; Brad Cote, Robert
Bowlsby, DeLon Gobeli, with term expiration date of October 2008; Richard Hotchkiss, with
term expiration date of October 2007, be approved. Mayor Hurley noted that all appointees have
been through a three-tier training. If they are approved, the board will hold an organizational
meeting and appoint a chairperson and two alternates. Ayes: Two. Absent: Greenwood.
Motion carried.
With no further business before the committee, it was moved by Getty, seconded by Gunderson
that the meeting be adjourned at 4:17 p.m. Ayes: Two. Absent: Greenwood. Motion carried.
