Moved by Gunderson, seconded by Greenwood that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved.
Ayes: Two. Absent: Getty. Motion carried.
Moved by Gunderson, seconded by Greenwood that Mayor Hurley's recommendation of
appointment of Eric Bertch and reappointment of Jeff Kutz to the Waterloo Convention and
Visitors Bureau, with term expiration date of June 30, 2009, be approved. Ayes: Two. Absent:
Getty. Motion carried.
With no further business before the committee, it was moved by Gunderson, seconded by
Greenwood that the meeting be adjourned at 3:41 p.m. Ayes: Two. Absent: Getty. Motion
carried.
