Moved by Gunderson, seconded by Greenwood that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved.
Ayes: Two. Absent: Getty. Motion carried.
Moved by Gunderson, seconded by Greenwood that Mayor Hurley's recommendation of
reappointment of Reed Hunemiller, Wayne Magee and Mark Koch to the General Contractor's
Board of Licensing, Examiners and Appeals, with term expiration date of July 18, 2009, be
approved. Ayes: Two. Absent: Getty. Motion carried.
With no further business before the committee, it was moved by Greenwood, seconded by
Gunderson that the meeting be adjourned at 3:47 p.m. Ayes: Two. Absent: Getty. Motion
carried.
