Members present: Mayor Pro Tem Schmitt, Welper, Gunderson, Getty, Cole, Kincaid.
Members absent: Greenwood.
Moved by Welper, seconded by Gunderson that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes:
Five. Absent: Kincaid, Greenwood. Motion carried.
Mayor Pro Tem Schmitt reviewed items on the Standing Committees scheduled for Tuesday,
January 2, 2007.
Mayor Pro Tem Schmitt reviewed items on the council agenda for Tuesday, January 2, 2007 and
the following items were discussed.
Kincaid now present at 8:03 a.m.
Paul Huting, Leisure Services Director, reported that if the weather stays as warm as it has been,
work will start on the reproofing project for Riverfront Stadium as soon as the contract is
approved by council on Tuesday.
Councilperson Getty asked if work has started on installation of traffic lights on Highway 21/20.
Mayor Pro Tem Schmitt indicated that is an IDOT project.
With no further business before the committee, it was moved by Cole, seconded by Getty that the
meeting be adjourned at 8:05 a.m. Ayes: Six. Absent: Greenwood. Motion carried.
