COUNCIL WORK SESSION
January 20, 2005

Council Chambers
Members present: Mayor Hurley, Greenwood, Kincaid, Cole, Schmitt, Gunderson, Welper.
Members absent: Clark
Moved by Welper, seconded by Kincaid that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Six.
Absent: Clark. Motion carried.
Agenda items that have been placed on the council agenda of Monday, January 24, 2005 were
reviewed with Department Heads who have placed items on the agenda.
Mayor Hurley reviewed Standing Committee agendas for Monday, January 24, 2005.
Items discussed included:
1. Lou Cutwright, Building Official/Maintenance Administrator, discussed the Men's
Police Locker Room Remodeling Project. The Police Chief would like to add the
Tactical Unit area to the project.
2. Discussed the gambling decision will be made by May 11, 2005.
With no further business before the council, it was moved by Welper, seconded by Gunderson
that the meeting be adjourned at 8:15 a.m. Ayes: Six. Absent: Clark. Motion carried.
