Moved by Welper, seconded by Kincaid that the Agenda, as proposed, be Seven. Motion carried. Mayor Hurley stated that Councilperson Clark asked that a work session manufactured homes. We all know many in our community who are co about manufactured homes, but the city has to comply with our ordinances an Councilperson Clark stated he would like the council as a group to make a st city is unable to stop the manufactured homes that we petition the state legisl law. Councilp Representative Shoultz asked why doesn't the council not grant the tax credi Clark asked that the council jointly petition the state that the city wants co being built in our community and ask the legislators to support Mr. Shoultz's Councilperson Cole asked that the city attorney investigate if the council resolution supporting the changes and if the council has authority to not gran Jim Walsh has indicated it is a legislative matter. Councilperson Cole sug the Neighborhood Coalition to become involved and help lobby the legislator Mayor Hurley will ask the city attorney for his input as to the city's bou council can pass a resolution or memorandum of understanding stating the manufactured homes.
