Councilperson Welper stated he feels it isn't so much the grass but the bru•h. Councilperson

Mayor Hurley stated he and Mr. Shea will put together a task force to create regulations and
gather data.
Councilperson Clark stated he feels it is ridiculous the city provides a place for commercial
companies to dump for free. The site is meant for homeowners to have a place to take their yard
waste. Councilperson Clark suggested installing a fence around the area and checking vehicles.
With no further business before the council, it was moved by Welper, seconded by Kincaid that
the meeting be adjourned at 4:42 p.m. Ayes: Seven. Motion carried.
