Moved by Gunderson, seconded by Schmitt that the Agenda, as amended, bapproved. Ayes:
Two. Absent: Cole. Motion carried.
Moved by Gunderson, seconded by Schmitt that Mayor Hurley's re ommendation of
appointment of the following to the Waterloo Convention and Visitors Bureau reappointment of
Mary Swehla, with term expiration date of June 30, 2008 and appointment of Christa Miehe,
with term expiration date of June 30, 2007 and Jennifer Heller, with term expiration date of June
30, 2008, be approved. Ayes: Two. Absent: Cole. Motion carried.
With no further business before the committee, it was moved by Gunde son, seconded by
Schmitt that the meeting be adjourned at 3:48 p.m. Ayes: Two. Absent: Col . Motion carried.
