COUNCIL WORK SESSION
July 21, 2005

Council Chambers
Members present: Mayor Hurley, Cole, Greenwood, Clark, Schmitt, Gunderso Welper.
Moved by Welper, seconded by Gunderson that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes:
Six. Motion carried.
Mayor Hurley reviewed the Standing Committee agendas for Monday, July 25, 2005.
Agenda items were discussed with department heads who have items on t e July 25, 2005
council agenda. Items discussed included:
1. F.Y. 2005 Winn Street Extension, Contract No. 692. Rejectin bids and starting
over with the process.
2. Byrnes Tennis Complex Renovation Project.
3. Additional costs of $22,930.00 to move contents of Meyers Sh:et Metal to a new
site.
With no further business before the council, it was moved by Welper, seconed by Gunderson
that the meeting be adjourned at 8:15 a.m. Ayes: Six. Motion carried.
