Members present: Chairperson Cole, Schmitt, Gunderson.
Moved by Schmitt, seconded by Gunderson that the Agenda, as amended to delete Item 2, be
approved. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
Moved by Schmitt, seconded by Gunderson that the Building Ofcial/Maintenance
Administrator's recommendation of appointments to the Appeals & Examinerof the Electrical
Code; General Contractor's Board of Licensing, Examiners and Appeals; P umbing Board of
Licensing, Examiners and Appeals; Heating Board of Licensing, Examiners and Appeals, be
approved. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
Moved by Gunderson, seconded by Schmitt that Mayor Hurley's re ommendation of
appointment of the following to the Historic Preservation Commission: Lana organ, with term
expiration of April 7, 2008; Gale Quirk and Sherryl Newton, with term expirtion date of April
7, 2007, be approved. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
With no further business before the committee, it was moved by Gunderon, seconded by
Schmitt that the meeting be adjourned at 4:38 p.m. Ayes: Three. Motion carri d.
