COUNCIL WORK SESSION
February 12, 2004

Council Chambers
Members present: Mayor Hurley, Kincaid, Cole, Greenwood, Clark, Schmitt, Gunderson,
Welper.
Moved by Welper, seconded by Kincaid that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Six.
Absent: Greenwood. Motion carried.
Agenda items that have been placed on the council agenda of Monday, February 16, 2004, were
discussed with Department Heads that have placed items on the agenda.
Greenwood now present at 8:02 a.m.
Standing Committee agenda items were discussed.
Council discussed the notice to bidders on the Reconstruction Project.
With no further business before the council, it was moved by Clark, seconded by Gunderson that
the meeting be adjourned at 8:18 a.m. Ayes: Seven. Motion carried.
