Council Chambers
Members present: Kincaid, Cole, Greenwood, Clark, Schmitt, Gunderson, Welper.
Moved by Gunderson, seconded by Kincaid that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes:
Seven. Motion carried.
Council Members reviewed items that have been placed on the council agenda of Monday, May
3, 2004 with Department Heads who have items on the agenda.
Mayor Pro Tem Welper reviewed the Standing Committee agenda items.
Council discussed the following items:
1. Agreement with Great Cedar Valley Alliance at a cost of $55,000.00 per year to
provide professional services for economic development. Don Temeyer stated
that the funds are used to pay for staffing of the Alliance.
With no further business before the council, it was moved by Gunderson, seconded by Cole that
the meeting be adjourned at 8:12 a.m. Ayes: Seven. Motion carried.
