Members present: Schmitt, Gunderson.
Members absent: Cole.
Moved by Gunderson, seconded by Schmitt that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes:
Two. Absent: Cole. Motion carried.
Mayor Hurley's recommendation of appointment of the following to the Board of Electrical
Examiners and Appeals: Gary Sieben and Derrick Carter, with term expiration date of
November 1, 2005; and Roger Fisher, with term expiration date of November 1, 2006 were
reviewed. Moved by Gunderson, seconded by Schmitt that said appointments be approved and
forwarded to the full council for approval. Ayes: Two. Absent: Cole. Motion carried.
Mayor Hurley's recommendation of appointment of Peggy Eherenman to the ADA Compliance
Commission, with term expiration date of February 1, 2006 was reviewed. Moved by
Gunderson, seconded by Schmitt that said appointment be approved and forwarded to the full
council for approval. Ayes: Two. Absent: Cole. Motion carried.
With no further business before the committee, it was moved by Gunderson, seconded by
Schmitt that the meeting be adjourned at 4:12 p.m. Ayes: Two. Absent: Cole. Motion carried.
