Members present: Chairperson Cole, Schmitt, Gunderson.
Moved by Schmitt, seconded by Gunderson that the Agenda, as proposed, bt approved. Ayes:
Three. Motion carried.
The request of Mayor Hurley to reappoint Cindy Wells to the Library Board of Trustees, with
term expiration date of June 30, 2010, was reviewed. Carol French Johnson, Library Director,
has recommended the reappointment of Ms. Wells because the Board has had quite a few people
leave the board unexpectedly in the last two years. The consistency and lev 1 of understanding
that Ms. Wells brings to the Library Board is very important and will allow a newer members
to serve with someone who has more library experience and knowledge of its history. Moved by
Gunderson, seconded by Schmitt that Mayor Hurley's recommendation to rea point Cindy Wells
to the Library Board of Trustees, with term expiration date of June 30, 2010, e approved. Ayes:
Three. Motion carried.
With no further business before the committee, it was moved by Schmitt, seconded by
Gunderson that the meeting be adjourned at 4:31 p.m. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
