COUNCIL WORK SESSION
January 23, 2003

Council Chambers
Members present: Kincaid, Welper, Clark, Jordan, Hurley, Getty, Greenwood.
Moved by Jordan, seconded by Clark that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Six.
Absent: Greenwood. Motion carried.
Agenda items that have been placed on the council agenda for Monday, January 27, 2003, were
discussed with department heads who have placed items on the agenda.
Greenwood now present at 8:09 a.m.
Other items discussed included:
1. Budget preparation and when council would be involved in the process.
With no further business before the council, it was moved by Jordan, seconded by Clark that the
meeting be adjourned at 8:23 a.m. Ayes: Seven. Motion carried.
