COUNCIL WORK SESSION
January 16, 2003

Council Chambers
Members present: Jordan, Greenwood, Clark, Hurley, Getty.
Members absent: Welper.
Moved by Jordan, seconded by Clark that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Five.
Absent: Welper. Motion carried.
Agenda items that have been placed on the council agenda for Tuesday, January 21, 2003, were
discussed with department heads who have placed items on the agenda. Items discussed
included:
1. Request to hold Paintball Tournament at National Cattle Congress.
2. CURA for 619 Johnson Street
3. Change Order No. 2 for an increase in the amount of $46,551.00 for the Airport
Renovation Project.
With no further business before the council, it was moved by Getty, seconded by Jordan that the
meeting be adjourned at 8:19 a.m. Ayes: Five. Absent: Welper. Motion carried.
