COUNCIL WORK SESSION
January 2, 2003

Council Chambers
The meeting was called to order at 8:10 a.m.
Members present: Welper, Jordan, Getty, Greenwood.
Members absent: Clark, Hurley.
Moved by Jordan, seconded by Welper that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Four.
Absent: Clark, Hurley. Motion carried.
Agenda items that have been placed on the council agenda for Monday, January 6, 2003, were
discussed with department heads who have placed items on the agenda. Items discussed
included:
1. Purchase of wood trim and light fixtures in the Rath building.
2. Golf course rates for 2003. A special fall rate of $11.00 for 18 holes has been
proposed. No increases in other golf rates. Golf pros will reduce the cost for carts for
the special fall rates.
3. Changing of public Carl Street to private Carl Street.
With no further business before the council, it was moved by Jordan, seconded by Welper that
the meeting be adjourned at 8:25 a.m. Ayes: Four. Absent: Clark, Hurley. Motion carried.
