Council Chambers
Members present: Kincaid, Welper, Clark, Jordan, Hurley, Getty.
Moved by Hurley, seconded by Clark that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Five. Absent:
Greenwood, Jordan. Motion carried.
Agenda items that have been placed on the council agenda of Monday, February 17, 2003, were
reviewed with Department Heads who have placed items on the agenda.
Jordan now present at 8:03 a.m.
Items discussed included:
1. Lease of property at 4862 West 4th Street and 820 Sycamore Street.
2. Sale of Lots A and B located on Pleasant Valley Drive.
3. Request of Robert Smith to rezone from "A-1" to "R-1" property located south of
Ranchero Road east of the city limits line.
4. Creation of a compensation board to review salaries for mayor and council
members.
With no further business before the council, it was moved by Welper, seconded by Jordan that
the meeting be adjourned at 8:32 a.m. Ayes: Six. Absent: Greenwood. Motion carried.
