EXECUTIVE SESSION
April 28, 2003

Council Chambers
Members present: Mayor Rooff, Kincaid, Welper, Greenwood, Clark, Jordan, Hurley, Getty.
Moved by Jordan, seconded by Kincaid that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes:
Seven. Motion carried.
Moved by Jordan, seconded by Welper that the council adjourn to Executive Session at 4:03 p.m.
in the Police Library. Ayes: Seven. Motion carried.
Mayor Rooff stated that discussion of pending litigation is an approved topic of Executive
Session pursuant to Iowa Code Section 21.5(1)(c) 2001.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Moved by Jordan, seconded by Welper that the Executive Session be adjourned at 4:31 p.m.
Ayes: Seven. Motion carried.
Moved by Jordan, seconded by Getty that the attorney be instructed to continue negotiations and
bring back the final agreement to the council. Ayes: Seven. Motion carried.
With no further business before the council, it was moved by Getty, seconded by Clark that the
meeting be adjourned at 4:32 p.m. Ayes: Seven. Motion carried.
