RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE
PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH ANTIOCH
BAPTIST CHURCH TO SELL AND CONVEY FOR
$1,320.00, PLUS COSTS, CITY -OWNED PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED AT 317 ONEIDA STREET, AS
DECEMBER 14, 2009, AT 5:30 P.M. IN CITY HALL
COUNCIL CHAMBERS, WATERLOO, IOWA, AND
INSTRUCTING THE DEPUTY CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 14th day of December, 2009,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon a proposed
Development Agreement with Antioch Baptist Church to sell and
convey for $1,320.00, plus costs, city -owned property generally
located at 317 Oneida Street, and legally described as follows:
Howrey & McWilliams Addition Lot 10 Block 6, all in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
Section 2. That the Deputy City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of December, 2009.
