COUNCIL EXECUTIVE SESSION

Council Chambers
Members present: Mayor Rooff, Welper, Clark, Hurley, Getty, Berry.
Members absent: Greenwood, Jordan.
Moved by Getty, seconded by Hurley that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Four.
Absent: Greenwood, Jordan, Berry. Motion carried.
Moved by Hurley, seconded by Clark that the Council adjourn to Executive Session at 3:32 p.m.
Ayes: Four. Absent: Greenwood, Jordan, Berry. Motion carried.
City Attorney Jim Walsh stated that labor negotiation strategy is an approved topic of Executive
Session pursuant to Iowa Code Section 20.17(3)(2001).
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Berry now present at 3:38 p.m.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Hurley that the Council adjourn Executive Session at 4:17 p.m.
Ayes: Five. Absent: Greenwood, Jordan. Motion carried.
With no further business before the council, it was moved by Getty, seconded by Berry that the
meeting be adjourned at 4:18 p.m. Ayes: Five. Absent: Greenwood, Jordan. Motion carried.
