Members present: Mayor Rooff, Welper, Clark, Hurley, Getty, Jordan, Berry, Greenwood.
Moved by Getty, seconded by Hurley that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Four.
Absent: Jordan, Berry, Greenwood. Motion carried.
Jordan now present at 3:32 p.m.
City Attorney Jim Walsh stated that labor negotiations strategy is an approved topic of Executive
Session pursuant to Iowa Code Section 20.17(3)(2001).
Moved by Clark, seconded by Hurley that the Council adjourn to Executive Session at 3:33 p.m.
Ayes: Five. Absent: Berry, Greenwood. Motion carried.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Berry and Greenwood now present.
Moved by Jordan, seconded by Berry that the Council adjourn Executive Session at 4:20 p.m.
Ayes: Seven. Motion carried.
With no further business before the council, it was moved by Jordan, seconded by Berry that the
meeting be adjourned at 4:21 p.m. Ayes: Seven. Motion carried.
