Members absent: Getty. Moved by Jordan, seconded by Clark that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Six. Absent: Getty. Motion carried. Moved by Hurley, seconded by Berry that the Council adjourn to Executive Session at 4:47 p.m. Ayes: Six. Absent: Getty. Motion carried. Jim Walsh, City Attorney, stated that labor negotiation strategy is an approved topic of Executive Session pursuant to Iowa Code Section 20.17(3)(2001). EXECUTIVE SESSION Moved by Greenwood, seconded by Hurley that the Council adjourn Executive Session at 5:21 p.m. Ayes: Six. Absent: Getty. Motion carried.
