COUNCIL EXECUTIVE SESSION
June 3, 2002

Council Chambers
Members present: Mayor Rooff, Berry, Welper, Clark, Hurley, Getty, Greenwood.
Members absent: Jordan.
Moved by Berry, seconded by Hurley that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Five.
Absent: Greenwood, Jordan. Motion carried.
Moved by Hurley, seconded by Clark to adjourn to Executive Session at 3:31 p.m. Ayes: Five.
Absent: Greenwood, Jordan. Motion carried
City Attorney Jim Walsh stated that labor negotiation strategy is an approved topic of Executive
Session pursuant to Iowa Code Section 20.17(3)(2001).
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Greenwood now present.
Moved by Hurley, seconded by Getty to adjourn Executive Session at 4:02 p.m. Ayes: Six.
Absent: Jordan. Motion carried.
With no further business before the council, it was moved by Getty, seconded by Clark that the
meeting be adjourned at 4:02 p.m. Ayes: Six. Absent: Jordan. Motion carried.
