Members present: Welper, Greenwood, Clark, Jordan, Hurley, Getty.
Members absent: Berry.
Moved by Jordan, seconded by Welper that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Six.
Absent: Berry. Motion carried.
Councilperson Getty reported that Daniel Redding has withdrawn his appeal of Notice of
Violation of Sections 4-4-6 A(3), Unauthorized Accumulations, 4-4-6A(4), Junk, and 4-4-7, Junk
Motor Vehicles, of the Code of Ordinances for property located at 229 Dearborn Avenue. Mr.
Redding has been working with Code Enforcement and the issues have been resolved.
With no further business before the council, it was moved by Clark, seconded by Jordan that the
meeting be adjourned at 3:34 p.m. Ayes: Six. Absent: Berry. Motion carried.
