COUNCIL WORK SESSION

Members present: Mayor Rooff, Berry, Welper, Clark, Jordan, Hurley, Getty. Absent:
Greenwood.
Items that have been placed on the council agenda of Monday, September 9, 2002, were
discussed with Department Heads who have items on the agenda.
Items discussed: South Hills Golf Course Parking Lot Paving, sale and conveyance of vacated
city right-of-way property to Alan and Jacqueline Nicks, amended Franchise Agreement and
Service Agreement with MCC IOWA LCC, Competitive Bid Proposal application for Job Corps
training center site, lease agreement with American Cable Company, salary increases for
department heads, nuisance ordinance amendment.
With no further business before the council the meeting be adjourned at 8:40 a.m.
