COUNCIL WORK SESSION

Members present: Mayor Rooff, Anders, Jordan, Krizek, Getty, Gronen, Berry.
Members absent: Murphy.
Moved by Jordan, seconded by Gronen that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Six.
Absent: Murphy. Motion carried.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
City Attorney Jim Walsh stated that labor negotiations strategy is an approved topic of Executive
Session pursuant to Iowa Code Section 20.17(3)(2001).
Moved by Jordan, seconded by Berry that the council adjourn to Executive Session at 9:04 a.m.
Ayes: Six. Absent: Murphy. Motion carried.
Moved by Berry, seconded by Krizek to adjourn Executive Session at 9:49 a.m. Ayes: Six.
Absent: Murphy. Motion carried.
Agenda items that are the council agenda of Tuesday, November 13, 2001 were discussed with
department heads that have items on the agenda.
Jordan now absent at 9:50 a.m.
With no further business before the council, it was moved by Getty, seconded by Berry that the
meeting be adjourned at 9:55 a.m. Ayes: Five. Absent: Murphy, Jordan. Motion carried.
