Moved by Jordan, seconded by Krizek that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Seven.
Motion carried.
The request of the Fire Chief to review Section 14-65 of the Code of Ordinances to change the
duplication fee from $5.00 to $10.00 was reviewed. The duplication fee is charged to individuals
who request a copy of a fire report. The current fee is $5.00, and the ordinance change would
increase the fee to $10.00, which would make the fee the same as the Police Department charges
to copy a police report.
Moved by Jordan, seconded by Murphy that the request of the Fire Chief to change Section 14-65
of the Code of Ordinances to increase the duplication fee from $5.00 to $10.00 be approved and
be placed on the council agenda for formal approval. Ayes: Seven. Motion carried.
With no further business before the committee, it was moved by Krizek, seconded by Berry that
the meeting be adjourned at 4:30 p.m. Ayes: Seven. Motion carried.
