RESOLUTION APPROVING RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENT
WITH OPERATION THRESHOLD AND DEPARTMENT OF
CORRECTIONS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Right of Entry Agreement dated December 7, 2009, to
allow drilling of test wells on the future Human Services Campus,
by and between Operation Threshold and Department of Corrections
of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor and Deputy City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of December, 2009.
