RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
MARCH 7, 2022, TO APPROVE THE REQUEST BY TOP
NOTCH TILE AND CONSTRUCTION FOR A SITE PLAN
AMENDMENT TO THE "M-2,P" PLANNED INDUSTRIAL
DISTRICT TO ALLOW FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A
4,800 SQUARE FOOT BUILDING AS PHASE I AND THREE
FUTURE PHASES, TOTALING 19,200 SQUARE FEET FOR
FUTURE BUILDING EXPANSIONS, LOCATED NORTHEAST
OF 2510 LEVERSEE ROAD, ON WARP DRIVE, AND
INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 7th day of March 2022,
to approve the request by Top Notch Tile and Construction for a site plan amendment to the "M-
2,P" Planned Industrial District to allow for the construction of a 4,800 square foot building as
phase I and three future phases, totaling 19,200 square feet for future building expansions,
located northeast of 2510 Leversee Road, on Warp Drive.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of February 2022.
