RESOLUTION NO. 2022-103 RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS MARCH 7, 2022, TO AUTHORIZE THE SALE AND CONVEYANCE OF PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EASTERLY END OF WARP DRIVE, TO TOP NOTCH AND CONSTRUCTION, LLC, IN THE AMOUNT OF $1.00, AND TO APPROVE A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AND MINIMUM ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $250,000.00, FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A 4,800 SQUARE FOOT BUILDING WITH ADDITIONAL PHASES, AND INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 7th day of March 2022, to authorize the sale and conveyance of property located on the easterly end of Warp Drive, to Top Notch and Construction, LLC, in the amount of $1.00, and to approve a Development Agreement and Minimum Assessment Agreement in the amount of $250,000.00, for the development of a 4,800 square foot building with additional phases. Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of February 2022.
