RESOLUTION NO. 2022-116
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT WITH IOWA HEARTLAND HABITAT FOR
HUMANITY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THREE NEW
HOMES AND REHABILITATION OF TWO HOMES, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated February 21, 2022, between Iowa Heartland Habitat for
Humanity and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the construction of three new homes and
rehabilitation of two homes, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized
and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of February 2022.
