RESOLUTION NO. 2022-117
RESOLUTION RE -SETTING DATE OF THE BUDGET MAXIMUM
LEVY PUBLIC HEARING AS MARCH 7, 2022 AT 5:30 P.M. TO
APPROVE THE MAXIMUM LEVIES AS REQUIRED BY STATE
LAW, AND INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID
NOTICE, AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 2022-097.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet at 5:30 p.m. on the
7th day of March, 2022, to approve the maximum tax levy rate, as required by state law, for the
FYE 2023 budget.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 2022-097 is hereby rescinded in its
entirety.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of February 2022.
