TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the 21st
day of February 2022, at 5:30 p.m., in the
Herold E. Getty Council Chambers in the
City Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, a
public hearing will be held by the Council
