RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT ADDENDUM
WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID ADDENDUM BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement Addendum dated December 14, 2009, for FY 2010
Commercial Vertical Infrastructure Program, reducing grant
funding by 10 percent to $93,938.00, with no required match, for
replacement of T -Hangar doors and other building repairs at the
Waterloo Regional Airport, by and between the Iowa Department of
Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of December, 2009.
