TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Notice is hereby gNen that on the 18th
day of January 2022. al 5:30 pm., in the
Harold E. Getty Council Chambers in the
City Hell in the City of Waterloo. Iowa, a
public hearing will be held by the Council
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to aumonze
the sale and conveyance of a portion of a
city -owned lot, located northerly of 1217
Sycamore Street, to Lola Montgomery, in
the amount of $549.12, plus closing
costs. In the amount of $1.00, to the State
of Iowa, legally described as follows:
THE SOUTHEASTERLY 22 FEET OF
THE NORTHWESTERLY 58 FEET OF
THE SOUTHEASTERLY 64 FEET OF
LOTS 7 AND 10 OF BLOCK 47 OF THE
ORIGINAL PLAT OF WATERLOO EAST.
Anyone who is interested may appear at
said time and place and be heard or may
file written objection with the City Clerk,
City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa. before the date
set for said hearing.
