Council Chambers In the City Hall in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa. a public heating
will be held by the Council of the City of
Waterloo. lowa, to approve the request by
Gray Transportation for a site plan
amendment to the 14-2,P' Planned
Industrial District, to allow for the
n expansion of their site at 2459 GT Drive,
with an additional 116 fool by 80 foot
truck maintenance facility, legally demon -
bed as follows:
THAT PART OF LOT 8 OF NORTHEAST
INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT NO. 1 LOCA-
TED NORTHERLY OF GT DRIVE AS
PRESENTLY ESTABLISHED.
Anyone who is interested may appear at
said rime and place and be heard or may

City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa. before the date
set for said hearing.
