RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT
AGREEMENT FOR THE DISASTER RECOVERY BUSINESS
RENTAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM WITH CROSS
CHECKING, INC. D.B.A. THE PENALTY BOX AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AMENDMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Amendment to Contract Agreement dated December 14, 2009,
for Contract #BRAP033 for the Disaster Recovery Business Rental
Assistance Program, to change the total financial assistance
amount from $20,706.42 to $19,198.44, by and between Cross
Checking, Inc. d.b.a. The Penalty Box of Waterloo, Iowa and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of December, 2009.
