The Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, met in Executive Session at City Hall First
Floor Conference Room, Waterloo, Iowa, at 11:10 a.m. on Tuesday, March 12, 2002. Mayor
John R. Rooff in the Chair. Roll Call: Welper, Jordan, Hurley, Getty, Berry. Absent:
Greenwood, Clark.

that the Agenda, as proposed, for the Executive Session on Tuesday, March 12,
2002, at 11:10 a.m., be accepted and approved. Ayes: Four. Absent:
Greenwood, Clark, Berry. Motion carried.
Berry now present at 11:11 a.m.

that the Council adjourn to Executive Session at 11:12 a.m. Ayes: Five.
Absent: Greenwood, Clark. Motion carried.
City Attorney Jim Walsh stated that labor negotiation strategy is an approved
topic of Executive Session pursuant to Iowa Code Section 20.17(3)(2001).
