Members present: Getty, Krizek, Gronen, Anders, Collier.
Members absent: Murphy, Jordan.
Moved by Krizek, seconded by Gronen that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Five.
Absent: Murphy, Jordan. Motion carried.
Assistant City Attorney Sang-Ki Han stated that Iabor negotiation strategy is an approved topic of
Executive Session pursuant to Iowa Code Section 20.17(3)(1997).
Moved by Krizek, seconded by Gronen that the Council adjourn to Executive Session at 9:20
a.m. Ayes: Five. Absent: Murphy, Jordan. Motion carried.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Collier now present at 9:25 a.m.
Moved by Getty, seconded by Collier that the Executive Session adjourn at 9:50 a.m. Ayes:
Five. Absent: Murphy, Jordan. Motion carried.
With no further business before the council, it was moved by Krizek, seconded by Collier that the
meeting be adjourned at 9:50 a.m. Ayes: Five. Absent: Murphy, Jordan. Motion carried.

were reviewed with Depaa liuent Heads that have items on the agenda..
With no further business before the council, it was moved by Getty, seconded by Collier
that the meeting be adjourned at 9:17 a.m. Ayes: Five. Absent: Murphy, Jordan.
