Members present: Mayor Rooff, Getty, Jordan, Krizek, Gronen, Anders.
Members absent: Murphy, Collier.
Moved by Jordan, seconded by Krizek that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Five.
Absent: Murphy, Collier. Motion carried.
City Attorney Jim Walsh stated that potential for litigation on sale of Klinefelter building is an
approved topic of Executive Session pursuant to Iowa Code Section 21.5(1)(c)(1997) and
negotiation of purchase of property is an approved topic of Executive Session pursuant to Iowa
Code Section 21.5(1)(j)1997.
Moved by Krizek, seconded by Gronen that the Council adjourn to Executive Session at 9:21
a.m. Ayes: Five. Absent: Murphy, Collier. Motion carried.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Moved by Krizek, seconded by Getty that the Executive Session be adjourned at 9:53 a.m. Ayes:
Five. Absent: Murphy, Collier. Motion carried.
With no further business before the council, it was moved by Krizek, seconded by Jordan that the
meeting be adjourned at 9:53 a.m. Ayes: Five. Absent: Murphy, Collier. Motion carried.

were reviewed with Department Heads that have items on the agenda..
With no further business before the council, it was moved by Getty, seconded by Jordan
that the meeting be adjourned at 9:20 a.m. Ayes: Five. Absent: Murphy, Collier.
Motion carried.
