Members absent: Murphy.
Moved by Jordan, seconded by Gronen that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Four.
Absent: Getty, Anders, Murphy. Motion carried.
City Clerk Nancy Eckert stated that labor negotiation strategy is an approved topic of Executive
Session pursuant to Iowa Code Section 20.17(3)(1997).
Moved by Jordan, seconded by Gronen that the Council adjourn to Executive Session at 5:24
p.m. Ayes: Four. Absent: Getty, Anders, Murphy. Motion carried.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Councilpersons Getty and Anders now present at 5:25 p.m.
Moved by Krizek, seconded by Collier that the Executive Session adjourn at 5:46 p.m. Ayes:
Six. Absent: Murphy. Motion carried.
