Members present: Mayor Rooff, Getty, Jordan, Krizek, Gronen, Collier, Anders.
Members absent: Murphy.
Assistant City Attorney Sang-Ki Han stated that labor negotiation strategy is an approved topic of
Executive Session pursuant to Iowa Code Section 20.17(3)(1997).
Moved by Jordan, seconded by Gronen that the Council adjourn to Executive Session at 9:20
a.m. Ayes: Six. Absent: Murphy. Motion carried.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Moved by Jordan, seconded by Collier that the Executive Session adjourn at 9:49 a.m. Ayes:
Six. Absent: Murphy. Motion carried.
With no further business before the council, it was moved by Anders, seconded by Krizek that the
meeting be adjourned at 9:49 a.m. Ayes: Six. Absent: Murphy. Motion carried.

were reviewed with Department Heads that have items on the agenda..
With no further business before the council, it was moved by Getty, seconded by Jordan
that the meeting be adjourned at 9:20 a.m. Ayes: Six. Absent: Murphy. Motion carried.
