Members present: Mayor Rooff, Getty, Gronen, Collier, Anders, Krizek.
Members absent: Murphy, Jordan.
Moved by Getty, seconded by Collier that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Four.
Absent: Murphy, Jordan, Krizek. Motion carried.
Assistant City Attorney Sang-Ki Han stated that labor negotiation strategy is an approved topic of
Executive Session pursuant to Iowa Code Section 20.17(3)(1997).
Moved by Getty, seconded by Collier that the Council adjourn to Executive Session at 8:36 a.m.
Ayes: Four. Absent: Murphy, Jordan, Krizek. Motion carried.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Krizek now present at 8:45 a.m.
Moved by Getty, seconded by Gronen that the Executive Session adjourn at 8:59 a.m. Ayes:
Five. Absent: Murphy, Jordan. Motion carried.
With no further business before the council, it was moved by Krizek, seconded by Anders that the
meeting be adjourned at 8:59 a.m. Ayes: Five. Absent: Murphy, Jordan. Motion carried.
